Every dedicated day recorded is recorded in one of three registries to ensure that there is only (1) one owner per day. The primary differences between each registry is exclusivity and price.
State Registry
The State Registry consists of all 50 United States and currently includes various provinces and territories of Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom with more being added every day!
Country Registry
The Country Registry includes all 192 nations seated at the United Nations and is a bit more exclusive than the State Registry because there are fewer calendar days available in each registry and they must be shared with the entire country.
Worldwide Registry
The Worldwide Registry is open to anyone in any country from around the world and is exclusive in itself because it contains a very limited number of days available for dedication.

How to Choose a Title
There is no "right" or "wrong" way to name your certificate, but it’s our recommendation that you use the title to describe the special occasion or event that you are celebrating. The only restrictions is that the title can be no longer than 55 characters.
Use this area of the certificate to add the name of the person or event that the day will be dedicated too. Use one name, multiple names or the name of a company.
Examples:
Jack Smith
Jack & Jill Smith
The Smith Family
The Donkey Association of America
